For Goodgame Empire

1. Open the Help menu (marked with a question mark icon).

2. From the drop-down list, select the last option: Support Chat.

For Empire: Four Kingdoms (Mobile Version)

1. Go to the bottom menu and tap Community.

2. From the drop-down list, select Support Chat.

Once the Support Chat is open:

1. Click New Conversation.

2. Select the category Others → Current Bugs and Problems.

3. Check whether your issue is already listed.

4. You can click on a listed issue to read more detailed information about it.
