For Goodgame Empire (browser version)

  • Make sure you are using the latest version of your internet browser.

  • Clear your browser cache and reload the page (press F5 or CTRL + R).
    Usually, you can do this in your browser’s settings menu under options such as “Delete history” or “Clear browsing data”, where you can select the cache.

  • If the problem persists, try playing the game using a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Opera.

For Empire: Four Kingdoms (mobile version)

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the application installed on your device.

  • Check that you have a stable internet connection. Please note that new updates often require a Wi-Fi connection to install.
