In urgent cases, you may add additional information to your existing ticket. When doing so, please clearly explain that it concerns a new issue and include all relevant details such as:

  • the date of the issue

  • a clear description of the problem

  • any important additional information

For clarity and faster support, we recommend one issue per ticket whenever possible.
