While our game includes many Player vs Environment (PvE) features, it is primarily a Player vs Player (PvP) experience. Players are free to engage in PvP with anyone for any reason, and these actions do not violate our terms of service.

Our support team does not intervene in these cases, as it would undermine the core PvP experience. If you find it difficult to compete with a particular player, consider joining a larger group to fight back, communicating with them to reach a compromise, or relocating your castle and activating 'peace mode' via the 'Castle Overview' tab.
