Thanks for getting in touch in regards to your gameplay issue. While our game contains many Player vs Environment (PvE) aspects, the heart of the game is a Player vs Player (PvP) experience. This means that players have the opportunity to engage in PvP with anybody that they choose, for any reason that they like.

While this might not be courteous to the attack victim, these actions specifically do not break any of our terms of service, and as such, are completely valid within the game.

As such, our support teams do not take any moderation action in regards to these types of cases, as to do so would go against the grain of the game experience. If you are unable to go toe-to-toe with this player in combat, I would advise joining a larger band of players, and fighting back against the people who are disrupting your game as a group. Failing this, try communicating with the party in question, and see if some sort of compromise can be reached. As a last resort, players can relocate their castle, or activate 'peace mode' using the castle management screen, found under the 'Castle Overview' tab in the bottom right of the castle screen.

Knowing this information, if you still believe the player in question to be breaking our terms of service (for example, a real life threat attached to an in-game demand), please reply to this ticket with a screenshot demonstrating this violation of our Terms of Service, and we would be happy to investigate your claim further.
