While we take account security very seriously, we have not yet received a valid report of an account being hacked. All reported cases have been investigated and were found to be caused by other players gaining access to account passwords, either through inadequately chosen passwords or account owners deliberately sharing their passwords.

Players are not permitted to access another player's account or allow others to access their own. Violating these terms and conditions (Terms of Service) can result in account suspensions, allowing others to play your account as if it were their own.

We cannot remove any penalties placed on accounts due to such violations. Unfortunately, any losses or activities, such as spending premium currency or selling equipment, will not typically be corrected by us.

To ensure your account's security, please follow these password guidelines:

• Choose a password you have not used before.
• Avoid using personal details such as your birthday, phone number, or account name.
• Avoid simple or easily guessed passwords, such as "12345" or "ABCDE."
• Use a combination of randomly chosen characters and numbers (you can use a tool like Random.org).
• When in doubt, opt for a longer password by adding whole words or phrases rather than making it more complex with numbers or special characters.
• Passwords should be between 3-16 characters in length.

If someone else is using your account, please use the password renewal feature ("Forgot your password?") to regain access. Once logged in with a temporary password, change it to a new, secure password that only you know.
