We want to inform you that we have streamlined the email change process, allowing you to update your email without requiring access to the old one.
To initiate the email change, simply follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings.
The Account Management tab is already preselected.
Please click on the “Edit” button next to email and add the new email address.
Please wait for the confirmation email, which will be sent to your updated email account. Please be patient, as this process may take several days. Initially, we send an email to your old address with information about the change request. If this email goes unanswered for a few days (due to lack of access), you will receive the confirmation on your new email and can proceed to confirm the change.
