If you are currently unable to access your account, please submit a ticket and include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your account's name
  • The email address registered to your account
  • The device you are playing on and the software version you are using
  • Approximate time and date of your last successful login
  • Amount of in-game and premium currency in your account
  • Date of your first login

If you no longer have access to the registered email address, please additionally provide:

  • For iTunes/Amazon: A screenshot of your purchase history
  • For Google Play Store: Google Play order IDs of up to 3 purchases
  • A new email address to update in your account

Include any further information that may help us identify you as the account owner.
