If you are currently unable to access your account, please submit a ticket and include as much of the following information as possible:
- Your account's name
- The email address registered to your account
- The device you are playing on and the software version you are using
- Approximate time and date of your last successful login
- Amount of in-game and premium currency in your account
- Date of your first login
If you no longer have access to the registered email address, please additionally provide:
- For iTunes/Amazon: A screenshot of your purchase history
- For Google Play Store: Google Play order IDs of up to 3 purchases
- A new email address to update in your account
Include any further information that may help us identify you as the account owner.
