We slightly adjusted the conditions for accessing the web shop. You must now make at least one payment (regardless of the amount) to see the web shop icon again and to be at least level 20. 

Once a payment has been made, you will regain access to the web shop and can collect all available gifts and make purchases there. 

Please note: Unfortunately, support cannot manually unlock the web shop.
