We take account security very seriously, but to date, we have not received any valid reports of true account hacks. All reported cases have been investigated and found to result from weak passwords or players sharing their login details.

Players are strictly prohibited from accessing another player's account or sharing their own. Violations of these terms can lead to account suspensions.

We cannot remove penalties resulting from such violations, and we typically do not restore lost premium currency or in-game items.

To secure your account, please follow these guidelines:

• Choose a password you haven't used before.
• Avoid using personal details or easily guessed passwords.
• Use a combination of random characters and numbers.
• Opt for longer passwords with whole words or phrases.

Additionally, please ensure your account is connected to your Facebook account. If you’re unsure, select the Facebook connection category and request to remove any existing Facebook connection.

If someone else is using your account, use the "Forgot your password?" feature to regain access. Once logged in, change the temporary password to a secure one that only you know.
