Extended periods of inactivity may result in an account becoming ruined or completely deleted. The time frame for this process depends on the account level and past purchases.
If your account becomes ruined, it will be removed from the map and will no longer be visible to other players.
For players who have purchased any ruby package from our store (excluding payments made on Outer Realms and Beyond the Horizon), and left their accounts inactive, their castle will reappear at a new location on the map when they log into the game again. All progress in the game, including previously reached levels and any currency (gold or rubies), will remain available.
However, certain aspects of in-game progress may be lost, specifically resource villages and outposts. This is necessary to allow active players to progress in the game, as these castle additions have limited availability.
If a ruby package has not been previously purchased, your progress and items will not be retained. This is to ensure that map space is not overcrowded with inactive accounts from players who have simply tired of the game.
Please note that our support team will not be able to restore any items or currencies in such cases.
